| - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service from KEVIN MARTIN in Van Chevy-Buick-GMC's Service Department. He's very condescending, rude, arrogant & disrespectful. When we moved to AZ 6 years ago, we had our Buick Enclave serviced at Van. Since then, we leased a vehicle from Van, bought a vehicle from Van & serviced our vehicles with Van. However, after Friday, Van will never get our business again. We'd had a bad experience with Kevin previously, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt & assumed he was simply having a bad day. After Friday, it's clear to us that either every day is a bad day for Kevin or he's simply not a good guy. For him to say to my wife (in front of our kids no less) - "...what do you want me to do about it?!" Kevin, you're a Service Manager at Van Chevy-Buick-GMC. Please provide professional & courteous service to customers - because that's your job! It's a shame for Van, as we're planning to trade-in 2 cars for new vehicles. Kevin's behavior ensured that Van won't be getting that business & needless to say, we will take our service needs elsewhere. Our hope is that someone at Van intervenes with Kevin & saves other customers from the inexcusable & offensive behavior my wife was subjected to on Friday. Do yourselves a favor & go elsewhere with your car buying & service business. No one deserves to be treated the way Kevin Martin treats people & we can only assume Van Management agrees with Kevin. Our 6 year old asked - "What was wrong with that man & why was he being so mean?" Save yourself from a similar experience.
