  • When I first started going to Bella Grande I was throughly pleased with the service and treatment. This salon does charge more than other nail salons, and at first it was worth the extra cost for what felt like special treatment. I have been going to this salon for close to 8 months now and every time I go in, the service gets worse. I have experienced them charging me more than my previous returns, employees talking about me in front of me, and inadequate acrylic fillings. Although this salon may appear more professional than others, it is not as it seems. Today was my last time going to this nail salon and I will no longer be recommending it to anyone else. If you have acrylic nails, they make them thinner than they should be and I have had many occurrences where my acrylic nails will break just hours after getting them filled. Most, if not all the time, I walk out with cuts on my fingers from them filing with a heavy hand or if an employee isn't as focused as they should be with their automatic drill. The price you pay at this salon is not worth the low service treatment you receive.
