  • Went in to purchase a temporary plan to gain hotspot Internet while I was in the process of setting up Internet at my new house... the whole team (about 4 guys working in there; Jamie, Christian, 2 other guys) were super friendly and helped find the best (and least expensive) plan for my wife and I. There was an issue using my tablet as the hotspot originator for WiFi signal, so the guys gave me a new ZTE WiFi box to compensate- for free, with no hassles. Good on ya'll- this is some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Makes it easy for the customer to get what they need with no bureaucracy. T Mobile is winning customers with the team at this store.
