rev:text	I was actually with Ashley b from the below review and can verify what she says really disappointing. We thought we would try again last night and all I can say was what a waste of money. To start we sat down and the music was blaring like a night club. We asked the server if we could move or it could be turned down just a little. She said " I don't have the authority to adjust music". Also all of the tables outside where covered in old plates and napkins. Probably 5 dirty tables where near us and where not cleaned during our stay as their was only one server for the lounge and patio. Pretty hard to dye your job when you are so short staffed. We finally were moved outside and then had to wait 15 minutes to have a heater turned on. No offense but it's Scottsdale in the winter. Every restaurant in Scottsdale has these on and working in the winter. The food didn't make anything better. I had the Vegas roll which took about 30 minutes and my girlfriend had the spicy salmon roll. Which came out once I was done eating about 45 minutes after ordering. Once her food came out she knew it wasn't what she normally has here and walked it back to the server. She received quite a bit of attitude and eventually decided she just wanted to leave and not have another roll. The manager came out a little while later(he had to finish his sake he was drinking at the bar). He kept asking if we were happy and full and we said yes so we could get out of this poor experience. What I should have said was how can she be full when she walked food back to you as she didn't like it and how can we be happy when we are sitting around 3 dirty tables and waited almost an hour for sushi. We use to come here a good amount but our last two experiences where so poor I think we will find somewhere else to go for late night dining. Really a shame as we both work late hours and use to enjoy late night happy hour. I think we would try it again if the management team actually cared and tried to improve the service or maybe schedule enough staff not to burn out the server they have and given decent service.
