  • No thanks. We were only here because bf bought a Groupon. But what's the point for coming to Planet Hollywood Resort for a burger joint like this when there's Gordon Ramsay's "Burger" just a few steps down the way on the casino level? Ordered the Hot Mess burger. It came with chili, jalapenos, cheese and some kind of avocado spread. I specifically asked for it to be well done. Ordered a side of parmesan garlic fries to share. Boyfriend ordered a crispy chicken wrap. The burger meat ended up to be pink. That's definitely not well done. How is well done still pink?! Strike 1. Brought it back but when it was brought back to the table the second time around, my parmesan garlic fries were replaced with regular fries. Ugh. Strike 2. The quality of food does not justify the prices here. Strike 3. For a few bucks more, I could head over to a gourmet burger restaurant and receive better quality food. The pink meat when I specifically asked for WELL DONE was enough for me to knock off two stars. Biting into that was enough to make me lose my appetite. NEVER coming back.
