  • My vets name was Deepa Saggar. She was very rude, didn't appear to care about our sick cat whatsoever. She was wearing a cream coloured coat that was extremely dirty. She told us our cat had a tumour, then pneumonia and then asked about the dust in our air vents. She then proceeded to ask us what our "cat weighed before" - how do you answer that? and then barked at us for not bringing our cats history and said as human beings we should know our cats weight. I will not be coming back and I'm also sending a complaint to animal services and the College of Veterans of Ontario -
