  • Not a pleasant experience. My friends and I had never been here before and we got in what seemed to be the line to the entrance. We stood there several minutes chatting, as was their staff. Then a man came over and told us that this line was for vip only. I tried to tell him there should be signage for future clients but he blew me off. So we found the other line, assuming the same way we started and I asked the women who handled the cover when they were planning on opening because it was almost 10:30. She was so busy hanging out with her friends, the staff, that she didn't hear me or bother to. I voiced my grievances with their lack of courtesy and she did not care. I told her we were leaving and going to tell people of our experience and she responded that the DJ would play my favorite song. I certainly won't be going back and hope no one else receives the service we had.
