  • UPDATED REVIEW: after posting a review, a couple of people messaged me and apologize for the inconvenience i experienced and they took care of everything and they made sure i was happy. This was a CONTRACT. For some people, i think it would be convenient if you will be consistent of going here and getting your sessions done. **TIP: Read their contract and make sure you understand EVERYTHING in it and you're getting what you pay for. Ask for a copy of it so you'll have a reference in the future. Know your rights as a customer. They would start your sessions with a guy, which would take a long time to do his sessions with you. I decided to change into the lady technician cause it was starting to feel uncomfortable with him. My session with the lady technician was better and quicker for me and i felt more comfortable. It would take 10mins or less than that for both my underarm and Brazilian laser sessions. *TIP: Make sure you specify over the phone or when you're getting your next session booked if you want a male or female technician because both of them have different schedule. They're not gonna let you know when your contract ends so the next time they schedule you for appointment, they would just keep charging you. So keep an eye on it. Also, beware of your appointments, if you decided not to show up, they'll charge you $20 for them. Make sure to call ahead of time to cancel.
