  • I really really wanted to say something positive about this place. I originally came here to have my ear checked out saw Dawn. Professional, straight to the point - ran some tests told me what was wrong. She then checked my throat and wanted to get an ultrasound done. I went. After not hearing what the results were after two weeks I called and left a message for dawns assistant. She said they did call. (I'll give a pass on this) and they wanted to get a biopsy done. Okay sounds good, called scheduled. I had my biopsy over two weeks ago. I called there office twice the first time they didn't have the results after a week (okay, I guess) and the second time they DID! And she still hasn't called me for the results! What kind of medical professional does this? Horrible. I am requesting the results from the facility I had the biopsy done because, she obviously doesn't care enough to tell me the results. I'm beyond disgusted.
