  • After calling and texting Mike unsuccessfully for 3 days I finally got him on the phone. He asked me to send him a 4th text message. He apologized for not returning my many calls and texts. As soon as I said the word "groupon" his tone changed. He said he was at lunch and please send one more text. I asked for availability for a female masseuse. He texted back and said groupon is for male massueses only. He claims groupon was supposed to put that on the certificate. I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. He has now sent me 5 text messages complaining about groupon. Not how I would run a business.
