  • Arsen, It seems that you have a different perception of customer service than I do. To me, regardless of who is at fault for the cut, a person should not be charged twice to remedy something that was originally supposed to be remedied, especially within a two day timespan. In my case, that was the lack of blending and my hair sticking up. You say that there was nothing Boris could do, even though the entire reason I came to your shop was to fix the problem that he did not end up fixing. Obviously it was fixable, considering Angelica did the second time. He did not communicate to me that I would have to come back because it couldn't be remedied now. It's his job as a barber to make a cut manageable, which he failed to do. Therefore, my return had nothing to do with me wanting a different cut. I specifically told Angelica that I only wanted it blended and not sticking up. I did not ask for a new cut at all. I told her I was just in and my issue wasn't addressed. I was clear about what I needed, so yes, I was confused and hesitant to have her start cutting away more from a part that I did not have issue with. I fail to see how that was giving her a hard time for anything, and if there was any indecisiveness at all on my part, it was only her misconception because she was trying to explain to me why I needed to cut even more off of the back of my hair and the bottom, when my concern was entirely with the crown area. To suggest that I was somehow being difficult is laughable, especially considering that she herself was rather curt and unfriendly, not talking to me once the entire time or even asking my name. I've had my hair cut by plenty of different barbers, and have never once been told that because of my cowlick, there was nothing that could be done. To justify this is to excuse a job that was not done well on your end. Obviously it was possible because again, the issue was fixed the second time. Also, by your logic, if I was to come in and get what I personally perceived to be a bad cut, and then come back two days later and say this wasn't what I wanted after all (and this happens because it can be hard to tell until the next day), then I should be charged twice because it is an entirely new cut in your eyes. Again, this is not my perception of customer service. I'm sorry you see it that way.
