rev:text	I have been searching for a cleaning service that has an eye for detail and this is it! They came and cleaned before Thanksgiving before I had family come into town, and they did a great job. Typically after a cleaning with past companies I've had to go through and show them what they've missed; an entire counter, a barely wiped a sink, wiped over things but didn't clean them, etc. Not Queen of Maids- the crew that came was fast and thorough. I am giving 4/5 stars because they increased my rate based on a room that I forgot about- I said it's 3 bedrooms and they saw online that the house is said to have 4 bedrooms. The 4th room is not a bedroom but kind of a not-fully-enclosed den. That's fair I suppose, the square footage that I gave them was correct but ok, an additional room it is. But- they increased the price more than what it would cost for me to exclude cleaning that room. For example, my price went up (I forgot how much exactly) but something like $20 but it would only save me $5 or $10 to exclude that room. I don't think that's cool and If it wasn't for the holidays and my need for help, I would have canceled without looking back because of the addition of the room costing more than excluding it. They are otherwise transparent about their pricing. I plan to use them again but I am still bothered by that.
