  • My husband and I stayed at PH over Memorial Day weekend. We had a fine time, the room was nice, good location, and I'll up the ranking of this review if I ever get my issue resolved. When I got home I realized that I had left an outfit in our room. I called the hotel and got the number for Lost and Found. I spoke to Anthony, who asked me what room number and what I left. I described the outfit to him and he put me on hold, came back, and said he found one skirt, one top, and "a pair of dirty panties". First of all - was that really necessary???? I was so taken aback. A pair of underwear would have been sufficient. Anyway, whatever. I was glad they had my stuff and asked him to please send the items back to me. Because the room was under my husbands name he had to send an email to Lost & Found to release the outfit. I waiting several days and never heard anything so I called Anthony again and he said I should get an email with the articles listed and I would pay a $20 shipping charge. Exorbitant price, in my opinion, but again...whatever. I just wanted my outfit back. I waited for about 2 weeks and never got anything in the mail. I finally pulled up the email and found a tracking number and when I tracked the package it said that a label had been created but the package had never been shipped. Thus began another 2 weeks of me calling and emailing Anthony to find out what was going on. He rarely responded to my emails and never to my phone calls. He said that his boss, Jamie, would take over from here. I still to this day have never received a phone call or email from Jamie. Finally I asked for their supervisors. For the past 3 weeks I've been dealing with Officer Brian Kramer. I had to give a report of the articles of clothing to Badge #714 in Risk Management, was told to call back in one week for a resolution. I left 4 voice messages at Risk Management and no one EVER returned my call. I then called Officer Kramer again last Thursday and told him this has been going on for too long and they needed to find my outfit or reimburse me. He said he was busy with another issue and would call me back the following day (Friday). Today is Tuesday and no one has called. Brian is off work today and no one else will respond to me. Did creepy Anthony take my outfit and "dirty panties"?? I just want my stuff back or they need to reimburse me for the cost of the outfit since they apparently "lost" it. Poor customer service at it's worst.
