  • Damaged my oak cabinets and teplaced oak panels with plywood. Cut shelves after I told them not to. Treated me with extreme disrespect. They knew I had just lost my husband and they took advantage of the situation. Charged for work they had not done. I refused to have them in my home to finish the job as they did more damage than good. I had to raise concerns to the insurance adjuster's manager to get honest, reputable people to fix their damages. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. As for John's comment about physical abuse, it's totally absurd, but exactly what I would expect from Silver City Restoration.
