  • I usually go to another crafts store closer to my house but I figured I would try Michaels because I figured bigger store/ bigger selection. The layout of the store is fairly easy to navigate if you are looking for the more common items. I was looking for a specific type of plastic that is usually by the glue guns (at most stores). After searching for roughly 10 minutes with no luck I went and asked an employee I seen re-stocking some inventory. She acted like I asked her if she could come out and help push my car to the gas station when I asked her if she could help me find the item. She walked about 4 steps and pointed and said if you can't find it there then we don't have it. I thought that was odd because friendly plastic is pretty common, especially at a crafts store. Anyway, I looked around for another 10 minutes and found it and it was no where near where she told me it would be. Customer service here was terrible.
