  • I got my 9 year old Shih Tzu done here and the women who did him was not that great. Some of his nails were filed too much and the raw part was exposed and she didn't get all small little knots on his stomach. She also shaved him super short when I didn't ask her to. I wasn't that specific on how short I wanted her to go, so that last part is whatever. When I picked my dog up I asked her "Oh you couldn't get all of these?" and pointed to the 10 -15 tiny hair knots on his lower stomach. She just said, "Oh I thought I did! I'll get those for you!" and she took him back and shaved him really quick. There was still like 5 knots though... I've never had this issue before so maybe she needs glasses?
