I have to say, normally I love this place, but today the pork belly is off, and if you're going to braise pork belly, you have to do it right every time. Half it is still on the plate b/c the fat is chewy and inedible. For pork belly novices, it should melt in your mouth. Customers shouldn't be gagging on it. This is especially true for a restaurant that prides itself on its pork offerings. My boyfriend and I agree, this pork belly hurt our hearts.
