  • 5 stars because the food was plated for show, and the flavor backed it up. I can speak for the following. Duck fat fries - some of the best fries I've ever had, period. Octopus - a flavor experience well worth it Lamb Carpaccio - so thinly sliced it melts in your mouth. Mix some yolk and corn shoot with it, spread on crostini and it works VERY well. Just be aware, there are community tables.
