  • So, I have to update my review specific to this location. Don't get me wrong - I love Pier 1 and their products but the service at this location is not the best. I didn't even realize how less than stellar it was until I visited two other locations around the valley. The other locations were friendly and helpful. This one makes you feel like you are bothering them. I wanted curtains that were not in stock and the employee told me I had to order it online in the store disinterested in helping me. When I visited other locations, they actually placed the orders for us online! I give two stars because they definitely need to improve on customer service here.
