  • Awful office management, rude& disrespectful . Maintence is awful and the apartments are very old and nothing gets fixed ever , not to mention the AC units barley work. Imagine living there where the AC dosent go below 90 and the office management tells you that it's normal for your apartment to stay at 90 during the summer . My bills during summer months where $400 and my apartment was 87-90 all the time , fans running , foil on Windows , black out curtains .. nothing cooled it down and the corporate office said there was nothing they could do . Place had German roaches , dirty , old and place was filled with undiserable people living there . Very scary place to live . I moved out , but fulfilled my lease and paid rent when I wasn't even living there . Awful place . They need new management.....
