  • The groomer there never listened to what I wanted done - I picked up my dog after his apt and his face looked untouched compared to the rest of his shaved body. I asked if the groomer could touch it up and he flat out told me NO, next time. So I had to pay for an already overpriced cut and still go home and trim my dog myself. The next time when I arrived for my SCHEDULED apt the ladies at the desk told me I wasn't on the schedule and it was "past the time he'd be grooming anyway". Waste of my time to drive so out of my way. I've never been back and have since found an amazing groomer, cheaper & closer to home!
