  • Dee came to my home and she was awesome. I rate her with 5 stars. I would rate her with 10 if I could. The customer service admin manager person, I rate a "0". I would rate that person a -100 if I could. The person managing the Handy site for Mesa Arizona absolutely refuses to call a client when they need to talk about a unique situation. The barrage of questions that you have to go through to maybe get answers is just as bad at a never ending phone tree. I had to lie several times just to get to a point where I could type in my unique issue. What did I get? A generalized email. THE PERSON REFUSES TO CALL. I will not be doing services with this company again. I would highly recommend Dee for housecleaning , but not the company
