  • We recently had our complete A/C and Furnace systems replaced. Our salesperson, Ray Salow, was very friendly and professional. He knew we were getting other quotes and told us things to ask the others. The entire job was done in less than a day and the house was left cleaner than when they arrived. They install crew was polite and friendly. They were not the lowest quote but they were the most professional and worked with us on some options not offered by others. They also have 24-hour service which saved us the summer prior. They could have sold us unnecessary repairs but did just what was needed to get through the summer. We installed a Lennox system. Highly recommended. Don't let the low overall rating worry you. More people complain than praise which brings down the rating.
