  • I've been to Blackstone twice now. Both times it was a very positive experience. The staff there is very accommodating for new shooters. The process to sign up and start shooting is very straightforward. You complete some basic paperwork, watch a 10 minute safety video, and you can get started. They also have guns you can rent, they provide eye and ear protection, and sell you the ammo if you need it, and you can purchase targets. You can basically show up empty handed and shoot, or you can bring all your own equipment. I thought the shooting area is very nice, the target system is top notch allowing you to shoot at any range. They obviously accommodate pistol shooting, but you can also shoot a high power rifle here. Lastly, they have a good selection of guns if you are interested in a purchase. This is fantastic place and I highly recommend it.
