  • We've been using Bills pest control for a number of years (nearly 5, I believe) and have had nothing but great service from them! The primary person who comes over has been Madison, who's very thorough and makes sure that any pest concerns are addressed before leaving, provided someone is home to discuss those concerns. Lisa who manages the office has also been fantastic in making sure that the customer experience is a positive one, and I've always been helped courteously. Recently Madison discovered subterranean termite activity, and I was able to schedule an inspection to address that issue very quickly. The inspector came out and verified the activity as being recent and thoroughly checked the house for any other activity (none was found luckily). He got us scheduled for termite treatment within a few days. The whole experience has been nothing but outstanding, and I can highly recommend them for any of the pest control service they provide.
