In one sentence, this place scammed UNLV students. This guy went around campus selling vouchers saying that he's giving a "chance" to students to try out this spa for $40 that's originally worth $400. It felt like a scam but my sister was coming in town to visit me so I decided to try them out.
Well this was the worst place I've ever wasted my money and time on. So the facial was suppose to include "skin analysis, custom express facial, hot towel treatment, body vibration, infrared heat therapy, skin recommendation, and complimentary beverage". So from this all I got was water they offered me, a quick facial mask, and LIGHT arm massage. Where is this "body vibration and infrared heat therapy"?!?!
I would like to write so much more onto how else they have scammed UNV students but as I was exiting I saw couple of my school students coming in with the same vouchers. The vouchers already paid for... Try to enjoy if you can but at the bottom of it, it was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. And to top it off they hand you an envelope to put in the tip how unprofessional is this place.
