  • I normally don't go out of my way to write a bad review, I usually just assume that the business had a bad day but I would not revisit this nail salon based on my last visit. I was greeted immediately sat in a pedicure chair, they put 2 inches of cold water into the tub and walked away for 45 minutes. 45 minutes. I don't mind waiting but I do mind waiting in a chair with cold water and being forgotten about. I was going to get up and leave but someone thanked me for waiting and I had already invested 45+ minutes so I stayed. My Pedicure was done in record time and was so sloppy. Cuticles were not pushed back properly, nails were cut unevenly and Polish was not applied to the top of the nail so it looked unfinished and messy. I got home and looked at it better once dry, I immediately contacted the business and showed photos and was told that indeed it was sloppy and that I should come back in. No thank you. I spent more time there than I should of already and paid more than the average pedicure in Gilbert by far, and got a sloppy pedicure. There was no way I was going to go back in to have someone "fix it." There are way too many nail salons in Gilbert that are amazing, this is unacceptable and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
