  • I am updating my review based solely on customer service. I did call Cassandra L as she requested, the timing was excellent as I am on my way to Phoenix as I am writing this. In the message I left for Cassandra on Friday May 26 I let her know I appreciated her reaching out and would love to speak with her regarding my last experience. I also stated I would be in Phoenix today and would like to give their hotel another shot given her message her on yelp. Well it is now June 1 and my call has not been returned, with that said my husband and I have booked another hotel at the very last minute because I had hoped to speak with Cassandra and stay here but it seems customer service is not a priority here.
