  • The service was horrible and when we brought it to the attention of the manager his excuse was "we are short staffed." Which is a generic response and there was only 4 tables seated in the lounge area, not to mention he didn't do anything to compensate us for only seeing our server once the entire time we were there. And if they were truly short staffed, he should have been out on the floor helping, which is wasn't.
