  • I've read a lot on Yelp about this place previously and it just happened we were in the neighborhood on a very hot day in need of a cold one. It's very nice inside. Nice big bar, attentive bartender and good atmosphere. Then I checked the 12 tap list. My expectations weren't exactly realized here. Of the 12 taps, 3 were ciders and 1 was Yuengling. I actually understand you have Yuengling on tap during Stanley Cup Playoff Hockey, so they get a free pass on that one. The 3 Ciders - I could see 1, definitely not 3. It's a craft beer bar. The only IPA on their list was a Blood Orange one. They had 2 pale ales and I tried one of those. It was ok. My husband got the only IPA. I tried that, too. Neither beer would be on my list for a 2nd. They have bottles & cans but I have those at home. I expected a bar with some similarities to Independent Brewing. It's looks like that's what they're trying to achieve but for now it's just ok.
