rev:text	Well this was home for 9 days. At first everything seem ok. Room were clean but shower needs a bit more cleaning, specially the corners, they had that pink mold. Toilet has scratches all over in the inside. Refrigerator was broken so my food got damage the 1st few days. I talked to the manager and they offered me to pay half of my receipts. The check in was smooth and some what informative, they tell you that if you skip house keeping they add 250 points in your reward membership (what I found out at check-out is that they only do it for 3 days maximum, Pauline at the front desk let me know very rudely when I asked her if my points were added) none of the other ladies at the front desk (Paris or Lashaundra) let me know that either. They were very helpful in everything else and nice too though. I wouldn't have skipped some days if I would have known from the start. Very frustrating. The bistro... wow what a disappointment, the older white lady needs to learn to talk to her coworkers, specially in front of customers. Very slow (the reason why they are slow it's because they feel the need to get an order and start making it right away!! Like what? Trust me you can get more done by taking all the orders at once, then make them, people wait anyways for you to be done for the previous order!! I think that is a very inefficient way of serving and I was a server, you look like a chicken with your head cut off, you are sweating and all lady, don't train the new girl like this). House keeping ladies were really nice every time I crossed them at the hallway or at the elevator. The hotel has a mini gym and a outside pool. They have a laundry room on the 3 floor (1 washer and 1 drier. it's $2 each machine, only takes quarters and they have laundry supplies at the front desk). Hallways always smelled really good but elevator was always dirty and it needs to be repaired. I have work in the hotel industry and I wouldn't pay that much a night for that hotel. It definitely needs lots of improvements to be worth what they charge, it wouldn't have been my 1st choice for that price if I was booking my own trip. Overall it was a decent stay.
