  • I took my daughter to try out swimming for the first time, and she was utterly terrified. Our instructor was a younger petite lady, I believe her name was Londie... She was excellent with my babygirl! She even got out of the pool to talk to her and make sure my daughter was comfortable before even mentioning she get in the pool. By the end of the 30 minutes she was even putting her whole face in the water and blowing bubbles. I definitely recommend this instructor, to anyone that needs to really trust the instructor their child will be swimming with. The front desk was so understanding and flexible with times and scheduling. The girls were very sweet, and made the atmosphere so welcoming. The water seemed really musky but was extremely warm compared to the YMCA or other swim facilities we have been to. The only downside was the bathroom/changing areas, and the shower area. It is all very cramped and some of the showers get cold and then hot all of a sudden, but such a little downside for the great customer service/atmosphere Water Wings offers!
