I usually go into this store for all of my AT&T related business, I've worked with several agents here but today I worked with William, I had worked with him back in August when I purchased a phone from him. Today I went in because my phone was damaged and William had informed me when I purchased the phone that by adding the Body Guardz screen protector the phone was covered by Body Guardz if the screen itself was damaged and the protector failed to do it's job, thats exactly what happened. So today I get the displeasure of working with William again and after he researched the warranty situation he comes back and says that he never said what I was claiming about the warranty and that I wasn't going to call him out on that. I was nothing but polite about the situation until he basically called me a liar, his exact words were "thats not what I said, you're not going to call me out on that". What kind of customer service is that? I left the store enraged by his comment towards me and I call the store manager who basically confirmed the warranty situation, which is fine I have insurance, but only apologized for William's behavior. I'm willing to bet that William will still have his job at the end of the day even though he mis-treated a customer. I have 18 years of customer service experience, you shoot your mouth off like that to a customer and you're fired. I certainly hope AT&T has the same policy.
