  • Made an appointment for an oil change at 1pm.....with the on line oil change coupon. Dropped off my truck and went to a movie. 3 and half hours later still up on the lift WTF. So I find out that two of the techs that work there could not take the 117 degree heat and just said "Screw it I am done" and left, so they fell behind..so it took 3 and half hours to complete this oil change. The Manager I think his name was David?? gave me the oil change for free....and an added suprise, they didn't try and say anything was wrong with my truck. Great customer service for a company that could of said "Hey you had to wait, sorry bro".
