  • Update to this note: I spoke to KERI and my experience with him was VASTLY different from my umpteen other calls to the ladies I spoke to prior. He located my tires, booked my appointment, called me back and re-assured me the tires were there and safely put away. Dealing with Keri was the way customer service is supposed to work ! I give 2 stars for now because I am still jaded by the prior experience and I have yet to put the tires on... Stay tuned in December for the gong show that may turn out to me.
