  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would! My experience was horrible. They we not able to complete the repair at the time of service because they didn't have the part that they needed. They said they could get the part Monday, and would call me with an estimate. They never called. I called them Monday afternoon, and they quoted me $465, but said they couldn't get the part until Wednesday. The website has a 25% labor coupon that I asked if I could use, and they said that would take $38 off. By my calculations that means that they are charging $152 for labor, and $313 for the part. I asked if I could get a written breakdown of the charges, and the owner Eddie got very defensive and rude, and said that he no longer wanted to do business with me, and that I could go ahead and replace it myself "because it's not that hard." I wish I would have yelped this company before I hired them. Now I'm out the $65 trip charge, and still have to find another company to repair my fridge.
