Very clean hotel. The restaurant's food and staff was excellent, but the front desk crew had zero customer service skills. I was greeted by a woman on checkin that could barely lift her head to notice me. She had a look of disgust and seemed annoyed she had to do some minor work to check me in. I also deal with another gentleman at the front desk that felt it was necessary to continue his task without saying, "I'll be with you in just one moment, sir." I stood there for a while as he just typed away on his computer without any acknowledgment that I was standing right in front of him. I finally just walked out after a few awkward moments being ignored.
