I was there this past weekend with my girlfriend and my 3 year old for 2 nights. We stopped off at Niagara Falls on the way up from NYC and stayed at the Radisson there, which also had a 3.5 star rating. We were definitely spoiled there. We had a king suite with any and everything you can think of, flat screens, a true king sized bed and a beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi. The Delta was conveniently located. It is right off the 401 at Kennedy Road. The parking was $12 per day which was too bad. The lot gets filled up a lot I found and sometimes you have to go around to the back, which is fine except it makes your trip to get back to your room a bit tougher. A bunch of staircases and hallways just to get back to the front lobby. This isn't fun when you have tons of bags/luggage and a cranky toddler. I also found the parking spaces to be ?smaller? in both the front and rear lots. I have a ford escape, a compact SUV and I had about 1.5 feet or so of clearance on each side. I could only imagine those with full sized SUVs or Sports cars. The hotel's public areas are excellent and are what I'd expect from a place of this rating. Beautiful lobby with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. A bunch of restaurants in there along with conference rooms and even a banquet hall area. I think there was a wedding going on at some point there. The highlight of this place is definitely the pool. The pool is huge and has difference sections. Hot tub and shallow areas. It also has a kick as water tube/slide. We didn't have a chance to go but it looked great. The room now was fair, not bad, but not great. My main issues were the two double beds. Most places have queens. I probably should have gotten the king. Also, we usually have snack and stuff in the room and put them in the fridge, but there was none. Even crappy motels we've stayed at in the past have had mini fridges. That was a bit of the pain. The bathroom was roomy but otherwise standard. All in all a good stay but little things like the parking, beds and fridge that I would expect from a 3.5 sated hotel were a bit disappointing.
