| - Ya'll; I've had experiences in the past that make me cringe when I get my nails done but none come close to my mother's and mine experience here. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet and did a great job. But, the lady who did my mother's pedicure, Michelle, was first; rude, did not listen to my mother's request to have her nails trimmed short nor did she want to file her big toe. Michelle was late and was not effective nor cared about my mother's requests and her time. My mom tried her best to be nice to Michelle at first but after Michelle's short answers and rude behavior, did my mom decide to stop talking to her. Then Michelle decided to be nice and make conversation with my mom. But at this point, my mom just stopped talking and gave up on any conversation with Michelle. Also, Michelle decided to answer her phone in the midst of the pedicure and was gone for a good 10 minutes on her phone. I was already done with my pedicure and was waiting for my mom to get done. But, since Michelle decided to answer her phone and not do her job, I had to look for her. I found her on her phone and she would not make eye contact with me. I asked her to please get off her phone and to finish my mother's pedicure. Then I received an eye roll from Michelle. But, she returned and finished her pedicured. When she returned to my mother's pedicure, Michelle haft assed did her nails. Michelle was careless and didn't even put the polish on my mother's nails. The polish was all over her skin. It looked like a 9 year old painted my mother's nails. I was already fed up with the service and just wanted to pay and get out ASAP. The front desk people asked how my service was and I was honest. My service was good but my mother's service was absolutely terrible. I paid $55 for two pedicures! Which is ridiculous! I go back to get my mother and she is already at the front talking to the owner. TWO PEOPLE WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE! The owner kept trying to get my mother back into the chair and fix her nails, but she was too angry and disappointed to wait another minute. At this point she points out there is nail polish on her shoe! She told him that she wanted a refund and he wasn't going to give the whole refund at first. Finally, he told the front desk to get Michelle. Michelle came up with the nastiest attitude and tried to deny the bad service. She was arguing with the owner! Her boss, but he could see the terrible work she did and dismissed her to leave. The owner gave me a full refund and we just left. We will not be back and I was so disappointed.
