rev:text	I few days ago I went to this dealership interested in buying a used GT350, everything was going good until one of the managers (I believe his tittle is financing director, or whatever he is, his name is Luciano btw) literally got on my face accusing me of trying to commit fraud and that what I was trying to do was against the law yelling at me in front of other potential buyers and workers, I asked him to calm down and explained my situation, but he kept yelling at me and being aggressive saying that I was pretending to be sign under my dads credit which wasn't true at all, anyway I asked him if that's how he treated his clients and he replied saying "what do you want me to do? Say sorry? I'm Cuban, we talked like that", he kicked me out of Ford country in henderson saying, "get out of here, don't buy anything from here, go to Gaudin (ford)" I left after that, and the sales guy that was helping me called and apologized, and said that he had talked with Luciano about it, and that Luciano felt bad, after that Luciano called and said he's was sorry and that he would help me with everything(which he didn't do of course)....... I've never been treated like this, I felt humiliated in front of many ppl and accused of doing something against the law, after that I wanted to have a word with the General Manager and all I got from one of the sells guys was "he's busy, but you can send him an email". Thanks Ford because we really liked your cars,my entire family had a very strong relationship with this company buying and leasing cars almost every year until today, we will never spend another dollar with Ford, I don't think Luciano would mind though, thanks to ppl like him, you lost very loyal buyers Ford........
