  • I couldn't possibly recommend this place more. In the heart of the Strip District, it's the perfect way to end a day perusing through Pittsburgh's favorite Food District. And it's an ending that will certainly not disappointment. It's an "order at the counter" establishment, which can sometimes lead to a bit of a line-backup that leads you outside of the restaurant doors, but for the most part the line moves quicker than you would expect. Whether you are sharing a dish (steak platter or paella), or hand-picking some of your personal favorites, you are sure to find something that you will decide you can no longer live without. I'm a big fan of the pollo con pan, cauliflower side, and the empanadas. Push the flavor boundaries a bit and experiment with one, or all, of their house side sauces. (The Ajo is my favorite)
