The service center was horrible. People who do not have customer service skills should not be working as service/customer service rep. First, my service rep called me back to confirm my appointment only after we called his manager. When we arrived, it was completely slow and no one even said hello or how can we help you. My rep then was on the defense about what I thought the issue might be. He took the car, didn't even tell us what the next steps were after I've had to go back to his counter and ask. Two hours later, I had to call him back so that he can give me the diagnosis. No call backs, no customer service, no thanks! I will certainly not recommend this service center to anyone and I will not be buying my next car here or recommend it to anyone.
