  • after a long day of driving, we get to the hotel, looks nice from the outside. i get to the front desk and the guy was nice/helpful. i reserved a pure allerguy none smoking room and minde you paid extra for this. when we enter our room it was smoke filled and stuffy. but, the best part was walking into our bathroom and finding what looks like blood droplets and human hair in our tub. this is unexceptable!
