  • It is extremely rare that I send food back. The fish and chips were disgusting greasy and under seasoned. Appetizer and entree arrived after 30 minutes followed by a salad 5 min later. Two stars because our server was good. Zero stars for the food. The manager's approach was accusatory and unapologetic. This was my first and last visit to Zipps.
