If I could give this company no stars I would. For out of state moves (called interstate in moving lingo) they subcontract everything out, but they don't tell you. I had to call and call about everything - I never heard from them after they got my deposit. It has been a month now since they picked up my furniture in Nevada for a move to Alabama, and they said it would be up to 21 more days before I see my belongings. They absolutely do not care. The office manager said so. He said they could do as they please and there was nothing I could do about it.
The driver who picked everything up tried to shake me down for $500.00 - he said my belongings were over the estimate weight and if I would pay him the 500 he would take care of everything. I asked what if my stuff was less that the estimate and he said , well , he would still keep the money.
If you are moving state to state you can contact the Federal Department of Transportation and file a complaint. But the best thing is stay away from these rascals!
