  • First, the person answering the phone was not nice at all. I called to schedule a plumber and was given a 5 hour window of when I can expect someone. They were obviously busy, that is fine. What I don't understand why they didn't have the ability to look at the job schedule for the day and give a more reasonable window of when someone would be available. I don't think a customer should be expected to wait upwards of five hours.
