  • Dr.s and back office staff are good. Front desk and waiting room are horrible. Front desk workers are constantly chatting with each other. Receptionist is surly; doesn't greet patients first and certainly no smile. The least they can do is make me happy to give them my money. TV in waiting room is always tuned to Dr. Phil or Steve Harvey and extra loud so they can hear it behind the desk. Observed receptionist for some length as she frequently glanced up to watch the show. Upon check-out, there was a long wait because they were chatting with each other and then when the young man finally came over to me, he didn't seem to quite know what to do. I will continue going because they're the only ones nearby who accept our insurance, but I will probably continue to make my complaints known to office manager to see if anything changes.
