| - They have 0% customer service , 0% common sense, 0% knowledge on how to do their job , and they will 100% waste your time.
First I went there to get my car insurance for a new car, and the guy kept going on about "not being able to afford it"... why does it even matter for you to worry about where my money goes , and how much I spend? Who are you to judge ? He also had the audacity to say " I'm too busy, and i don't have time for you." And also stating that if I wasn't going to buy insurance , then this is a waste of time. Why would I come to a insurance company asking for a quote??!!!??
The man quoted me, alright.
Went out of my way to grab the money from home, and deposit it into the bank. Done deal.
I come back to this office , and he tells me that my father needed to be present . May I remind you ... I'm 21.
On top of all of this he could've told me this all from the start so I had everything in one place.
So I called my father to "be present" to sign. We walk in the office again , and a lady helped us.
Better.
Not really.
The lady sat us down.
Asked us questions , and gathered information to "quote" me again.
Kept asking questions , and also repeating them to get the same answer
(Where's the common sense in this? )
I just talked to the man already??!! Why did I need to be quoted ?! Again??!!!)
That's not the worst part.
I asked how much is my quote( since she wants to give me a new answer)
So as patient I am... the lady say "its too expensive for you"
I'm fed up.
All I can say is that these people are so quick to judge , and just a waste of your time.
Helpful tips:
1.)communicate with other employees
2.)don't worry about how expensive it is~ give out numbers, and not your personal opinion.
3.)give out all the information at once so people don't have to make multiple trips to your office
