This hotel is awful if you are a business class traveler. I was booked for two weeks but I checked out Friday through Monday to fly home for the weekend. The first week was OK a few minor annoyance but upon my return I was put on the 9th floor because the club was sold out. It's on the website as available and my assistant had the company travel agency book this a few weeks ago. The non club level rooms a blah and not worth it. Certainly not executive level. The front desk was less than helpful in additional requests, apparently its very time consuming to get tea and lemon as an alternative to coffee. So of course I'm annoyed and emailed guest services after getting nowhere with the front desk and I get absolutely no reply. Not even an I'm sorry your inconvenienced but there is nothing we can do. Next month when I'm back I'm staying at the edgewater.
