  • Yeah, I don't know what Keith is talking about either. I've been going to that office for about 3 years after searching long and hard for a new dentist. I had gone to Dental Works - which is horrible. After that, my goal was to just find a dentist that wasn't in a chain dental group. I found one and I love it there. Rosemary is always very nice when I call and/or go in. The assistant is always very friendly and Dr. Pallen is great. In fact, I moved from Medina to the Cleveland area and still drive an hour to go to that office.
